Kapotasana is not an easy pose to do specially when the shoulders are tight and the legs aren’t strong yet. One needs to keep pushing the hips forward and the chest more open to get that good arch and the grabbing of the heels will certainly look and feel effortless.
This Sunday’s home practice reminds me that even if we feel like not doing it we should still keep going.
Consistent practice offers a lot of benefits not only physically but more than anything else the spiritual dimension of our being.
So be in your mat no matter what.
All is coming.
